| Here I am in japan! Amanda's wedding was great, never have I had so much fun! And afterwards hanging out with my sisters and mom was incredible too. The wedding was beautiful, Amanda was beautiful, everything was just beautiful! changing the subject, coming to japan was not beautiful.. Some idiot drove the food cart into the door of the airplane and messed up the seal. So, we got delayed 6 hours. How crappy is that? Oh well, it happens. The stewardesses weren't exceptionally rude, but they weren't exactly nice. One of them woke me up to ask if I wanted some crap chicken or crap pizza. I just looked at her and said 'Tomato Juice please' and tried to go back to sleep. What happened to being polite? They could wait, the food will be there when I wake up. Or when the offered coffee and juice on the plane, the stewardess said 'Juice or coffee' with the jets roaring it sounded like 'choose your coffee' and so I said 'black' and she got all confused. What happened to 'would you like juice or coffee'? Maybe that wouldn't have been less confusing, but it would've been nicer. But I digress... anyways, unpacking is a pain in the buttocks not unlike a bullet, and I'm trying to finish it up by lunch time. Anyways, just keeping in touch!

| Here it is, I'm going to japan in 5 days, is this the future? I've seen my future, there are many ways it can develope each one as good as another, which path do I choose? Of course the one less travelled... but honestly, my life, every choice, I've seen the pathes it opened and it closed, right now there are only a few open, but they're the one's I planned 4 years ago! is that a good thing? not necessarily... it's more like a fate thing... I know that the path that I'm choosing is the one that I want, but it's also a difficult path, there were many that were great before it, and there are many that can ge great after this choice... but I just graduated, it's a time of new beginnings... I'm going to start this one and see where it takes me. | | |
| It's May 15! a busy month it's been too. 4 days til graduation!! I'm excited! and then what you ask? Amanda's wedding, trip to japan, then ... work until japan or something...
Peace out.

| A friend of mine wants me to go to her nichiren buddhist meeting. So I'll go. I follow soto zen, but it's all buddhism in the big picture. I don't understand the challenges in western religions. They're so pig-headed and capitilistic. Economically, they're all trying to steal each other followers to gain economic (& religious) power over other churches. That's beside the point to me. For me, there is only us, the now, the everything. We all exist, but we all exist because we all exist. 'I' is nothing. I exist to be here and do things, we are but all extensions of ourselves. I woke up the other day, dreaming that I was a Daikon.l When a piece of me was cut off, I was also that daikon piece as well as the regular piece. I could see myself from the piece point of view; looking towards the whole piece, but also I was the whole piece staring at the part that was cut off. I don't know about kensho (enlightenment) but I feel that joriki (concentration from zen) can lead to it. We are all universally cut from the same cloth, we are all... 'us' and all of us can be enlightened, could we see it. I've never shared these thoughts in xanga, I'm interested in your views. Please comment.
